Vorteq Trailer

The Vorteq is a Truck Mounted Attenuator-Trailer designed to operate with a host vehicule weighing from 9960 lbs. to infinity. It meets both mandatory & optional NCHRP 350 test level 3 requirements.

The Vorteq TMA-T is lightweight and attaches to host vehicles with a standard pintle hook and 7 pin connector. It transports easily to a job site behind a pick-up.

The Vorteq provides the protection of a TMA without the extra loading on the rear axle if its host vehicule. This design feature allows it to work with many specialized trucks that wouldn’t otherwise be able to support a TMA.
